We are proud to introduce Rio Rata to the town of Lesterville, Mo. Rio Rata means River Rat in Spanish and by being next to all the great rivers and campsites, we thought a little "play on words" with our Mexican restaurant's name would be appropriate. We are here to serve all the river rats, locals, and out-of-towners. Please come and enjoy our newly renovated restaurant with the best Mexican cuisine for miles.

We opened for the first time in July of 2018, and are so excited to see our process grow and expand. It has been a delight to create a welcoming environment to provide you with the best Spanish food and atmosphere around.
